No, we believe there is a safer way to address common skin concerns like wrinkles, dark spots and uneven skin tone. Although it’s commonly used in anti-aging skin care products, retinol is considered a high hazard to human health according to the Environmental Working Group (EWG). We have opted instead to use 100% safe, earth-derived ingredients like rose otto oil, pine bark extract, neroli and sea buckthorn seed oil to tighten and brighten the skin and reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles.

Our skin care products were made with all skin types in mind including dry, oily, combination, sensitive, aging and acne-prone skin, however if you have a particular skin concern, we recommend sharing the ingredient list found on each product page with your dermatologist before beginning a new skin care regimen.

The Care Principle is based on the Golden Rule: do unto others as you want done unto you. After doing a deep dive and learning that what we put ON our skin is as important as what we put INTO our bodies, Dina wanted to create something good for your skin that could provide a little bit of joy every day — something completely natural and SAFE and effective. After cleansing and toning your skin, we recommend applying the Infinite Glo 4-Piece Collection in this order.

Step 1: Facial Serum

Place 4-7 drops of serum onto moist skin with clean fingertips. Apply in upward, circular motions to the face and neck.

Step 2: Eye Cream

Apply a small amount of cream onto the ring finger and lightly pat under the eye area. Use morning and night. May be used under eye makeup.

Step 3: Day Cream / Night Cream

Gently massage onto your face and neck with smooth upward movements.

Dina insisted on finding ways to make our premium products affordable, so we decided to only sell online to keep the price down and make it accessible to as many people as possible. While we understand that some people may prefer to pick up our products at a local store, we weighed this benefit against the retailer markup (which would almost double the price) and opted to give you the most affordable price through online sales. We hope you understand why we made this decision.

Our products are not infused with an SPF for a few reasons:

• Adding an SPF changes the formulation, which can lower the concentration of the active ingredients.
• Adding an SPF changes the texture of the formulation.
• Gives you the flexibility to customize your SPF protection to meet your specific skin care needs.

We may add a separate SPF moisturizer to our skin care line in the near future. Stay tuned!

While our wipes are not compostable, they take only 90 days to biodegrade. We recommend following your city guidelines to ensure you are following proper protocols for disposal.

The Infinite Glo™ Eye Cream is now 15mL instead of 30 mL. We made this change by customer request to help ensure that all 4 products in the 4-Piece Collection run out at the same time. To compensate for this change in product size, we also reduced the price of the Eye Cream from $30 to $20.

Our packers have had to position the eye cream on its side to fit in the box. That positioning, however, has caused the contents of the jar to shift to one side, making it look as though the jar is not full. Please know that our automated processes ensure that every jar is precisely filled with 15mL of product, so you can feel confident that all your Eye Cream is inside the jar.

Tip: Gently tap the bottom of the jar onto a table or countertop to reposition the Eye Cream.



As the illustration above shows, the jar should not be 100% full. We have intentionally left space in the jar to insert the sealing disc, which helps preserve the life of the product.

We process your order within 48 hours. Once it ships, delivery typically takes 1-4 business days within Canada, 3-6 business days within the United States and 4-7 business days worldwide. However, due to ongoing COVID-19-related shipping delays, it may take up to 12 days for delivery once your product ships.

Yes, we offer free standard ground shipping with any order of $75 or more. No promo code is necessary. Offer is valid for residents in the U.S. and Canada and is automatically applied at checkout.

There are two easy ways to check the status of your order:

Unfortunately, we are not able to cancel or change an order once it has been placed.

If you wish to return or exchange your order for any reason, please Contact Us. Returns or exchanges can be made within 30 days of purchase.

We will send you a postage-paid label to ship the product back to us. Product must be returned in new or gently used condition inside with the original shipping box. If you no longer have the original shipping box you can use your own box but we will need the exact dimensions (L x W x H) for the courier.

Refunds: Once we receive your return, we will either refund the purchase price to the original method of payment or credit your TCP account for a future purchase. Refunds can take between 5-10 business days to process.

Exchanges: A replacement product will be sent free of charge via standard ground shipping once we receive your return.
