No, we believe there is a safer way to address common skin concerns like wrinkles, dark spots and uneven skin tone. Although it’s commonly used in anti-aging skin care products, retinol is considered a high hazard to human health according to the Environmental Working Group (EWG). We have opted instead to use 100% safe, earth-derived ingredients like rose otto oil, pine bark extract, neroli and sea buckthorn seed oil to tighten and brighten the skin and reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles.
Our skin care products were made with all skin types in mind including dry, oily, combination, sensitive, aging and acne-prone skin, however if you have a particular skin concern, we recommend sharing the ingredient list found on each product page with your dermatologist before beginning a new skin care regimen.

The Infinite Glo™ Eye Cream is now 15mL instead of 30 mL. We made this change by customer request to help ensure that all 4 products in the 4-Piece Collection run out at the same time. To compensate for this change in product size, we also reduced the price of the Eye Cream from $30 to $20.
Our packers have had to position the eye cream on its side to fit in the box. That positioning, however, has caused the contents of the jar to shift to one side, making it look as though the jar is not full. Please know that our automated processes ensure that every jar is precisely filled with 15mL of product, so you can feel confident that all your Eye Cream is inside the jar.
Tip: Gently tap the bottom of the jar onto a table or countertop to reposition the Eye Cream.
As the illustration above shows, the jar should not be 100% full. We have intentionally left space in the jar to insert the sealing disc, which helps preserve the life of the product.
We process your order within 48 hours. Once it ships, delivery typically takes 1-4 business days within Canada, 3-6 business days within the United States and 4-7 business days worldwide. However, due to ongoing COVID-19-related shipping delays, it may take up to 12 days for delivery once your product ships.

If you wish to return or exchange your order for any reason, please Contact Us. Returns or exchanges can be made within 30 days of purchase.
We will send you a postage-paid label to ship the product back to us. Product must be returned in new or gently used condition inside with the original shipping box. If you no longer have the original shipping box you can use your own box but we will need the exact dimensions (L x W x H) for the courier.
Refunds: Once we receive your return, we will either refund the purchase price to the original method of payment or credit your TCP account for a future purchase. Refunds can take between 5-10 business days to process.
Exchanges: A replacement product will be sent free of charge via standard ground shipping once we receive your return.
